BOUTIQUE PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING
CJP prides itself on the concept of boutique productions ….. specializing in unique shapes and sizes, custom runs and always mindful of superior finished goods. Great care is taken to insure the correct cork raw materials that were gathered in the forests are used for the appropriate production items in our manufacturing facilities. The harvested cork bark is further sorted, graded and referenced for specified items. Additionally CJP insures there is no waste of raw materials since all is precious and valuable, saving our clients otherwise wasted charges. For example, when stoppers are punched out of a piece of cork bark, the leftover edges are ground up into cork grains which then are used to produce such items as bulletin board surfaces, coasters, hot pads, shoe components and many other assorted gift items. Boutique manufacturing is a CJP distinction.
